Welcome to my ‘Gallery in the Clouds’ – an eclectic mix of paintings, illustrations, styles, techniques and themes.
As a journalist and painter I have enjoyed a fair degree of globetrotting and been inspired by many wonderful places including, Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) where I was born, Portugal (where I owned an art gallery at Monte Carvoiero), Italy, France, East Anglia and Barbados.
My rather ‘eccentric collection’ includes themes which range from vineyards in Provence and tippling houses in the Caribbean to Al Fresco dining in Italy and Art Deco homes in the time-warped coastal town of Frinton on Sea.
